Les côtes de l’océan Atlantique sont des côtes qui subissent l’érosion sur toutes leurs façades (Amérique du nord et du sud, Europe, Afrique) avec des reculs du trait de côte variant de quelques centimètres à plus de 5 mètres par an. De forts enjeux, notamment industriels, touristiques et patrimoniaux s’y trouvent.
The Atlantic coastline is subject to erosion along its entire length (North and South America, Europe, Africa), with coastline retreat ranging from a few centimeters to more than 5 meters per year. There are significant challenges here, particularly in terms of industry, tourism, and heritage.

Etude de cadrage d'un projet de protection d'une zone côtière en vue d'une valorisation économique et sociale : évaluation de la situation, définition de l'avant-projet et propositions de solutions techniques.
